Lexus' world view of F Sports & Luxury. The LFA that still reigns supreme as an icon of this is the LFA announced in 2009.
A 560.4-liter V8 engine that generates 10 horsepower while being naturally aspirated in the front mid, transaxle, lightweight body of less than 1.5 tons using CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced plastic) not only for the outer panel but also for the chassis and cabin, APEX that represents the A in the car name even if only exclusive equipment and specifications are lined up, In other words, it can be seen that it is suitable for the top.
The LFA was highly evaluated after actually running and was highly acclaimed overseas, but as an even higher performance specification, only 11 Nürburgring package cars with rear fine aero parts, shift schedule changes, 50 horsepower power increase, special suspension and tires and wheels were produced.

LFA and LFA Nürburgring packages released earlier on 1/43. In addition, aiming for powerful and even higher resolution expression, we will release the LFA Nürburgring package from our 1/18 flagship line, Idron.
The prototype was designed based on the 3D data of the actual vehicle provided by Lexus. We aim for a plain shape without deformation.
Since LFA has a design that fuses gentle surfaces and edgy lines, for example, if the body color is white, the model tends to have "blurry outlines", but we make full use of our resin casting and painting technologies to achieve a finish that stands out with a sharp impression.
The aero parts, which are the highlight of the exterior of the LFA Nürburgring package, not only reproduce the shape, but also apply carbon pattern decals with the correct creases to the details, and uretan rear coating is applied on top of them to achieve a texture like a real car. The expression of the carbon panel in the interior is a similar expression.
In addition, BBS wheels that are particular about the beauty of the spokes, carbon brakes peeking into the back, lights that improve reality by analyzing the structure of the actual vehicle and parts shape and structure that conform to them as much as possible, and cooling units that can be seen through the grille are finished in a spectacular model.
Our make-up was born in a room in "Central Apartment" in Harajuku, Tokyo in 1978.
Its history begins when our representative Hideyuki Uemoto was inspired by the model culture of his area at the annual "Model Engineer Exhibition" held at Wembley Park in the United Kingdom.
Here, we will deliver the history of our company by interweaving Uemoto's own recollections.
